Hanna, born to Ernst and Antoinette after their arrival in Texas, was the middle child.  In her later years, she returned to care for her aging parents, and stayed in this room. This is the largest suite in the house. The walls in the bed area are a deep purple, with a queen sized half tester iron and brass bed.  Two armchairs and a trunk are at the foot of the bed.  Divided from the bedroom by twin pocket doors, the bath/sitting room is set up for lovers!  A whirlpool tub for two sits in the corner, and a surprise awaits on the ceiling.   A shower big enough for two also awaits, alongside the toilet closet.  An antique double bed will accommodate one or two extra guests, and the rate for that is $35.00.  The basic room rate for this room is $165.00 and special arrangements can be made for wine or champagne in any of the rooms.  This room is destined to get the most remarks.
