• Deposit is required for all reservations
• Payment is due at Check-in
• Prices are subject to 13% tax.
• Room rates are for double occupancy.  Extra guests will be charged according to the accommodations
• Children under 12 accepted by prior arrangement only, however I do
not have a crib.
• Pets may be accepted by prior arrangement subject to a $25.00 additional charge
• Please, no candles due to fire regulations
• Smoking is not permitted except on porches and outside only.  Butts must be deposited in appropriate containers.
• Prices are subject to change and seasonal rates may apply.  Please
call for more information.
• We will be happy to accommodate any arrangements you may wish
for special celebrations.  We love to help with surprises!
• Check-in is between 2:00 and 7:00P.M. unless special arrangements
are made.  Checkout is at 12:00.

All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 fee.  If you cancel within fourteen days of the arrival date, and we are unable to book the room for the same length of time as the originally scheduled reservation, you will be billed for one nights stay.

We try to serve breakfast Al Fresco if at all possible, on the lawn or
porch.  A continental breakfast with a fresh baked bread, fruit, coffee,
and juice awaits, served on fine china.  My guests always say that they are quite satisfied.  Special accommodations for your dietary needs can
be made
